Технология производства кирпичей на сегодняшний день делится на несколько основных этапов. Это технология обжигового и технология без обжигового кирпича.

как изготовить крипич. Глина, добытая в карьере, готовится в бетонированных углублениях(ямах) и остается в яме на пару дней. Затем глина, которую перед этим равняли и заливали водой, отправляют на механическую переработку. Из глины отсеиваются камни, и она направляется в ящичный питатель. Глина перемалывается и отправляется в пресс. Пресс соединяется с режущим устройством. В режущем устройстве кирпич нарезается и раскладывается на подкладочных рамах. Потом разложенный кирпич перемещается в сушильную камеру.

Для высушивания кирпича используют тепло выделенное отработанным паром. После высушивания кирпич попадает в туннельную печь для дальнейшего обжига. Температура в печи около 1000°, процесс длится до начала спекания.Сначала делается дробление исходных материалов, которое направляется в приемный бункер. Сырье транспортируется на ленточном транспортере через расходный бункер и питательный дозатор. После чего материал перемещается в бетоносмеситель. Смешиваясь с цементом, сырье становится однородным. Затем вся эта смесь по конвейеру поступает на установку формования.

После процедуры прессования, кирпич располагается на специальных поддонах. Поддоны с кирпичом направляются на склад для стандартной выдержки, занимающей 3 - 7 дней. После этого кирпич приходит к покупателю.
