The chamber dryer is suitable for the drying of big size bricks and high hollow ratio brick.
It is usually installed in the full automatic brick making plant which has the advantage of high automation, high capacity.
Hoffman kiln project
This producing line adopts the new type hoffman kiln. This hoffman kiln have the impeccable firing system, exhausting system and afterheat system. It will produce the regular clay sintering bricks through adjusting all the systems and make the firing temperature more reasonable.

Hoffman kiln adopts the reinforced concrete foundation, the wall be built by the normal sintering brick, the fire hole and heat suction mouth be adopted the heat proof concrete.

The 30% heat source of hoffman kiln come from internal combustion, 70% come from out injection.


Clay Brick Drying Chamber for Clay Green Bricks Drying .

1. This design adopts small section drying chamber with flattop. It is with brick & concrete structure, with precast-concretetop plate, partition wall with thickness of 240mm, side wall with thickness of 490mm, top layer and insulating layer with thickness of 500mm.

2. The heat source of drying chamber is the waste heat from hoffman kiln, which will be supplied to each drying chambers through air channel by heat-supply blower from the chamber bottom. The drying chamber set up air-feeding system, moist-releasing system and testing system. Bottom layer bricks are ending-up setting method, so that to improve the drying efficiency and quality.

3. In order to save energy, reduce the CO2 and SOemission and take full use of the heat, green bricks are dried by the tunnel drying chamber with small size cross section. Heat resource comes from the remaining heat of the hoffman kiln.



Green bricks come from the cutter then being put on the drying cart by man after bricks distributing and transferring machine, and then it will be sent to the drying chamber by the ferry pusher.



4. The fuel coal is calculated on the basis of 5000x4.18 Kilo Joule / Kg.

Tunnel kiln for brtick drying and firing is the most popular kiln to adopt for building clay brick making process, It is easy to design for automatic production line compare with traditional box model kilns, We can offer best design for the customer, in order to reduce the cost and increase the production rate.
In general, brick making process divides to four processes
 (1) raw material treatment
(2) brick making
 (3) dry for brick
(4) firing for brick, every process will have great effect for the brick products, so we plan to control by microprocessor to reduce the mistake of people and increase the quality of products.
