Advantages of clay brick making machine

2. Harden surface gear of brick making machine was adopted in reducer. 45# Carbon-Containing Alloy Steel and 30 chrome molybdenum, chromium, manganese, titanium are used for making the gear. Alloy steel adopts the processes of high and medium frequency carburization. All these make the gear surface hard and abrasion resistant.

    40 chrome alloy(the intensity is 3 times of normal one), tempering and rubbing processes was adopted on the shaft.
