JKY55/50-35 brick making machine is an extruding & shaping device for hollow brick production line. Operation and Precautions of JKY55/50-35 brick machine: 
1. This brick machine opening, core head, core rod should be replaced and adjusted in time. While they are abraded to some extent, the sizes of tile will be affected in clay brick production line.
2. The wearing parts should be repaired and replaced when they are abraded after a period of use, or the product quality and output will decline, such as reamers, stirring blades and mud pressing board.
3. When you want to stop the machine, stop feeding first, and then squeeze out the clay inside the machine, in order to avoid the overload at next startup. Don't reboot the machine if the air pressure is lower than 0.5MMpa. The friction plate is easily burnt if the air pressure is not enough in clay brick production line.
4. The machine and all the bolts should be stopped and checked after six to eight hours' work for the first time to make sure if there is looseness. If yes, fasten them in time. If the machine is stopped for more than one day, all the clay material should be squeezed and cleaned out, trying to avoid the damage by the dry clay.

QT6-15 Block machine


QT6-15 automatic complete block forming machine is completely controlled by PLC system. By operating its computer interface, the random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and parameter setting-up of all kinds of materials can be achieved easily.

The material stock hopper and the material feeding hopper are separated, to each other, for the purpose of quantitative feed of materials, which can effectively control the advance liquidation of some concrete and reduce the feeding time.

Its unique material-feeding device can quickly and evenly discharge the materials into the moulding box so that the weight error in finished products can be reduced to the minimum.
